O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions/Principal District Judge, Cuddalore [Spl. Judge for SC/ST POA Act, 1989] to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on their surrender in Crime No.35 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that these petitioners have already obtained relief, that is prayed for in this petition in Crl.O.P.No.8209 of 2016 on 13.04.2016. Despite which, they have filed the present petition, on the ground that the learned Judge is not accepting the surrender of the petitioners as more than four months had passed after the order was passed. This is merely an oral submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and there was no order passed by the learned Judge rejecting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrender.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and comply with the order dated 13.04.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.8209 of 2016 and if the learned Judge did not accept the surrender, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court.
