O R D E R

This contempt petition was filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.23844 of 2018 dated 13.02.2020.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23844 of 2018, the case of the petitioner was considered and accordingly, an order was passed in proceedings dated 22.08.2022.

3. In the order dated 13.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.23844 of 2018, this Court has observed that "if the respondents find that the petitioners are fulfilling the requirements as contained in the judgment of the Full Bench, consequential benefits shall be granted without driving the petitioners back to the Court for claiming the same."

4. The respondents found that the petitioner is not eligible for the benefit. Thus, the respondents have not committed any contempt of Court warranting further action.
