This miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore the CRP(NPD).No.1437 of 2018, which was dismissed for default on 12.06.2018, because of the non appearance of the counsel on record on that date.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition has been perused.

3.Since there was no appearance for the respondent, also at the time of dismissal of the CRP for default, no notice is served on the respondent.

4.In view of the above, satisfying with the reasons stated therein in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Civil Revision Petition is restored on file.
