ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.144 of 2019 dated 20.04.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1133 of 2020. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the final report was filed under Section 304 (A) of IPC. It was further submitted that the next date of hearing is fixed on 02.03.2021.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
