2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 17.09.2021, the third paragraph of the order shall stand substituted as follows: '' Mr.R. Vivekananthan. the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main accused A9 was not released on bail by the Court below and he has already sworn an affidavit before the Superintendent, Sub Jail, Saidapet that he will cancel all the deeds and remove encumbrance in the alleged property and the petitioner has also filed an affidavit before this Court stating that:
