This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 16.03.2023 passed in M.C. No.152/2022, on the file of the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the second respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
