O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, namely, Master Yashveer Singh Ranga, aged about 4 years, has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu before this Court from the custody of third respondent and hand over to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel appearing for third respondent.

3. Third respondent is the mother of the detenu. This Court, under order dated 26.08.2019, observing that it is a case of matrimonial dispute, referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Center towards arriving at a possibility of settlement. Pursuant thereto, parties have appeared before the Mediation Center and agreed for reunion. A Joint Compromise Memo, signed by both parties as well as learned counsel for petitioner, has been filed, which reads as follows: 'JOINT COMPROMISE MEMO The petitioner had filed the instant HCP to produce the child of the Petitioner in the custody of the 3rd respondent. Pending the above HCP the case was referred for mediation. After deliberation before the mediator the Petitioner and 3rd respondent agreed for reunion. In view of the reunion the Petitioner withdraws the HCP and the same may be closed.' In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
