This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 10.02.2021 passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page No.1 of 2

Contempt Petition No.1195 of 2021 W.P.No.17048 of 2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Vellore Region, vide Na.Ka.No.1378/2010-A, dated 25.02.2022, to that effect.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law.
