ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.03.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.129 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
