ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.1671 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner had abused the defacto complainant and also intimidated him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are six previous cases as against the petitioner out of which one is under Section 397 of IPC and another one is under Section 420 of IPC and the other three cases are under Section 379 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of IPC. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
