Heard Mr.R.Manibharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.01.2013 seeking for formation of pathway in the land in question.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner seeks for putting up certain construction and using the Government land to approach his property. It is not known under what circumstances, the revenue authorities have submitted a report recommending the petitioner's application for putting up superstructure in the Government land and using the Government land as his pathway. However, taking note of the fact that already necessary report has been submitted to the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
