Crl.O.P.No.17604 of 2019 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.This petition has been filed by the Accused No.2, to set aside the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu in Crl.MP.No.2101 of 2019 in S.C. No.132 of 2015 dated 12.03.2019. This Court, by the order dated 05.07.2019 has allowed the said petition by imposing cost and also directed the Trial Court to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu has sent a letter dated 12.12.2019 seeking extension of time for disposing of the above said case. In the said letter, he has stated that already the accused No.1 has filed the similar petition in Crl.OP.No.26492 of 2019 and the same has been allowed by this Court on 03.12.2019 and hence the matter has been adjourned.
