This application has been filed seeking to stay an operation of the order dated 24.04.2026 passed in C.A.No.68 of 2026 in C.P.No.153 of 2002 insofar as it relates to the E-auction proposed to be held on 26.05.2026 of the property mentioned in the schedule to the judge's summons.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the auction had already been conducted on 26.05.2026.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this application has become infructuous and accordingly, this application stands closed.
