This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to permit the petitioners to work in the veterinary dispensaries where they have been working since 2012 under Rule 10 (a) (i) until 15.03.2024 pending regularisation of their services in the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeons based on the marks secured by them in the examination held by the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission on 31.05.2009 pursuant to the Advertisement No.188 dated 25.02.2009 issued by the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file 2/4

necessary application in the writ appeal pending in this regard. 3.

In view of the request made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file necessary application in the writ appeal pending in this regard. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
