(CRIME NO.577/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12236/2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, T6, Avadi Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30am until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the order dated 15.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12236 of 2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioners has not complied with the condition.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner had not reported to the respondent police even a single day and not complied with the condition, the prayer sought for cannot be granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
