ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry into a complaint given by the 3rd respondent/Mr.Kamalraj.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, pursuant to the complaint given by 3rd respondent/Kamalraj, the petitioner was called for an enquiry, and upon completion of the said enquiry, the matter was closed.

3. Recording thesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
