This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the drainage that was located in the property belonging to the petitioner.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the drainage has been removed from the property of the petitioner and it has been located elsewhere.
