Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order dated 22.04.2014 Ref.No.28030/E3/4/2014 addressed by the second respondent to the third respondent and quash the same in so far as the same insisting that the petitioner should obtain sanction for extraordinary leave on loss of pay for the period of her studies in PG-MD (O & G) Course in Madras Medical College, Chennai -3 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete PG-MD (O & G) Course in Madras Medical College as service candidate with all incidental benefits.
