The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the property has already been sold for recovery of the dues and the proceedings which are impugned in this writ petition is a certificate of sale issued in October, 2008. That apart, it is pointed out that the petitioner has filed a Civil Revision Petition to set aside the order made in I.A.No.26 of 2008 in unnumbered C.M.A(CS) of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Salem dated 26.07.2011 in C.R.P.No.4251 of 2012, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 27.02.2014.
3. In the light of the above facts, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
