[ RESPONDENTS ] Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of certiorarified to call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the impugned proceedings bearing TIIC/BO/KURICHI/ F-UP/MJ/2014-15 dated 16.03.2015, quash the same and direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner machines named Hemstitch / Cornely sewing machines.

Heard Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.I.Sathish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and with the consent of learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire dues payable by the petitioner have been fully paid up. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that the amounts have been fully received. 4.Hence, the question of proceeding with the impugned proceedings does not arise. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order is quashed. No costs.
