ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this court has passed an order on 10.01.2020 directing the first respondent police to file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.No.1025 of 2020 report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, but, so far, final report has not been filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that a charge sheet was filed on 02.11.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2 of 2021.
