According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent, dated 21.12.2013, the petitioner also raised a industrial dispute before the Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Chennai - 6 and an award was also passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner in I.D.No.20 of 2016. The copy of the said order is also placed before this Court.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
