ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by a former Teacher of the second, third and fourth respondents' school questioning order of termination. I must place my deep appreciation on record for the efforts taken by the learned Senior Counsel Mr. S.Mukunth appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner and by Ms. Mary Sowmi Rexi, learned counsel appearing
for the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, who had, in view of the nature of issues involved, taken a very considered decision that it would only be prudent that the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 issue a certificate to the petitioner herein acknowledging her period of service rendered in that School between 05.07.2006 and 25.01.2018.
The issues raised in this Writ Petition do not now arise for adjudication and in view of that particular fact, the Court need not go into a detailed examination of the facts or the necessity for which the Writ Petition came to be filed.
The original certificate has been handed over to the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner herein and I am confident that the petitioner's opportunity in future would open up. The respondents may not press the charges any more and also not reopen the charges as against the petitioner herein. Let peace reign. C.V.KARTHIKEYAN ,J.
