ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to provide protection for putting up an iron fencing on all four sides of the petitioner's property, based on the complaint dated 13.04.2026 and to issue further directions to the other respondents to monitor the same.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. Perused the materials available on record. 3.
It is seen from the records that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent on 13.04.2026 and the same is still pending without any progress.

In view of the same, the fifth respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
