Learned counsel for the petitioner states that their nominee Arbitrator is Mr.G.Ashokpathy, Advocate, No.90, Armenian Street, Chennai 600 001, while learned counsel for the respondent states that their nominee Arbitrator is Mr.Aasif Ali, Advocate, 92, Law Chambers, Madras High Court. The nominee Arbitrators would, in turn, then elect the Presiding Arbitrator.
