Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 109 days caused in filing the Restore Petition by the Petitioner/Appellant and pass such other orders as The Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in this circumstance of the case (in CMP.No.13957 of 2019).
Order: This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.PRASHANTH KIRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(T) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 109 days caused in filing the Restore Petition by the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.
