Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement, the same is extracted hereunder: "I respectfully submit that as per the instruction from the client, he has been issued charge memo alleging that he was absent from 10.02.2020 to 19.02.2021 and after conducting enquiry, he has been issued with a punishment order. Therefore, request the Hon'ble Court to grant liberty to challenge the subsequent charge memo and punishment order in the appropriate forum. It also to notice that the petitioner has become unfit and has been referred to the Medical Board."
