The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 (1) of Cr.P.C and altered to Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 306 of IPC, in Crime No.423 of 2023 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that deceased was in love with one Pushparaj. On 03.10.2023, petitioner went to the house of the deceased and attacked her. Due to which, the deceased committed suicide. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this the second petition seeking for anticipatory bail and he is an innocent person. He would submit that the petitioner is working as Grade II Police constable at Ulundurpet Police Station. He is no way connected with the offence as alleged in the complaint and he has been falsely implicated in this case. drl imposed by this court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would raised serious objection stating that the investigation in this case is still pending.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the counsels and also on considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
