Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the third respondent's proceedings made in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3437/2015/E1 dated 07.12.2015 and that of the second respondent's Letter RC No.45529/F3/2010 dated 21.05.2015 to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to continue to permit the petitioner to avail the already conferred benefits without any deduction or reduction whatsoever.
