The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus by directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass orders and grant patta in pursuant to the enquiry conducted on 20.10.2014 in terms of the enquiry notice issued in Na.Ka.No.11322/2014/A6 dated 07.10.2014 by the 2nd respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, his request for grant of patta was considered and the Tahsildar, Perundurai conducted enquiry on 20.10.2014 based on the enquiry notice dated 07.10.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner is said to have appeared for enquiry, produced the relevant documents and has also submitted written arguments, on the said date. The copies of the written arguments has been filed in the typed set of papers. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent two reminders on 11.12.2014 and 02.02.2015, requesting for orders to be passed. Since, there has been no progress in the matter, the petitioner is before this Court. 5.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders in the matter within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order.
