O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.175 of 2020 a proceeding launched by the husband for divorce to the Family Court, Tiruppur.

2.The transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience since the wife is resident of Tiruppur. The husband though served is not appearing either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

3.Taking into account the convenience of the wife than that of the husband, the HMOP.No.175 of 2020 is withdrawn from Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur to be tried and disposed of and in accordance with law. The transfer is made to the Sub Court bearing in mind the fact that the husband who is from Madurai will have to attend every hearing in person if the transfer is made to the Family Court, Tiruppur. Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
