ORDER

This petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para 10(c) in Crl.O.P. Nos.8688, 8687, 8431, 9152 & 8574 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent would strongly oppose the modification application.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed in Para 10(c) in Crl.O.P. Nos.8688, 8687, 8431, 9152 & 8574 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 am.,

for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
