J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Small Causes Court, Chennai, made in M.C.O.P.No.4631 of 2010 dated 11/7/2012.

2. Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant Transort Corporation submitted that the entire compensation amount was disbursed to the claimants and the same was also withdrawn by the claimants. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3, Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 also conceded to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant Transport Corporation.
