Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant / third defendant.

2.Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties and in order to give a fair opportunity to the third defendant to put forth his defence, the third defendant is permitted to file written statement subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the Cancer Institute (WIA) No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai- 600 020 on or before 12.12.2023.
