Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the office bearers of the Union viz., 3rd respondent herein for violating the provisions of various applicable labour laws by considering the representations dated 20.10.2014.

The petitioners claiming to be the members of the respondent No.3, made a representation on 20.10.2014, stating that the office bearers are acting contrary to the by-laws. As the respondent No.2 has not given a suitable reply, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.2, it has been stated that a communication has been sent on 05.01.2015, to the petitioner's representation, dated 20.10.2014.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no such communication has been received. Be that, as it may, to put to an end to this controversy, the respondent No.2 is directed to send another copy of communication dated 05.01.2015, to the first petitioner, within the period of four
