Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 18.12.2025 made by the petitioner herein to issue Look Out Circular against the 4th respondent herein and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may

be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.12.2025 seeking issuance of look out circular as against the fourth respondent.

The petitioner and the fourth respondent got married. Thereafter, due to misunderstanding, they got separated. Further, the petitioner was driven out from the matrimonial home. Therefore, the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same has been registered in crime No.16 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 498A, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. While pending investigation, the fourth respondent went abroad. In fact against him, non bailable warrant was also issued by the trial court in CC.No.273 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation to the second respondent for issuance of look out circular against the fourth respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent used to visit India and even then, the second respondent could not secure the fourth respondent.

In view of the above, the first and second respondents are directed to issue look out circular against the fourth respondent in accordance with law crime No.16 of 2024.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
