2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Writ petitions alone, the Machinery Certificates were issued.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as 'infructuous'. Consequently, the connected Writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
