ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 09.10.2012 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ made in W.P.No.27116 of 2012, the petitioner has come

forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents and, as matter of fact, a sum of Rs.3,10,482/- has been credited into the account of the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
