ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set-aside the order dated 07.04.2026 in C.M.P.No.3316 of 2026 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, thereby dismissing the petition filed to recall and cancel the non-bailable warrant issued by the said Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court. Hence, he prayed for appropriate orders from this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into account the undertaking made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions: (i)The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court, within a period of one week from the date of hosting of this order on the High Court website.

(ii) Upon such surrender, the trial Court is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 13-05-2026 Jd
