Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 21.08.2015. But the petitioner failed to comply with the said Order has now come forward with this petition for extension of time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, time granted by this Court on 21.08.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.8717 of 2015 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2500/- by way of Demand Draft to "Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh", No.58, Venkatnarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17, Ph : 9994657433".
