The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that in the pending Writ Petition, the repoll for Nadakudi Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Nannilam Taluk, was held and the petitioner along with 10 others were declared unopposed. The fifth respondent on whose behalf the complaint was entertained, in the earlier Writ Petition, got set aside, who, filed nomination and withdrew subsequently.
