The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the Conciliation Failure Report of the 2nd respondent dated 06.01.2014, the demands of the petitioner placed in the Charter of Demands dated 18.05.2013, submitted to the 2nd respondent on 02.09.2013 vide letter dated 30.08.2013 and pass orders with regard to the same.
2. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the Conciliation Failure Report of the second respondent dated 06.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
