The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing Criminal Appeal in Judgment and conviction made in Special SC.No.86 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Pocso Act, Chennai and Chennai District 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the fact that the respondent has no serious objections in
allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 64 days in filing Criminal Appeal in Judgment and conviction made in Special SC.No.86 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Pocso Act, Chennai and Chennai District.
