We have heard Mr.V.Ayyadurai, learned senior counsel for the applicant and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.

At present, the application for change of cause-title cannot be accepted. In case the appeal is registered, then further relief be claimed by the applicant.
