2.Today, when the petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready and sought time.

3.However, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter, as it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents, that the documents were already handed over to the petitioner.
