Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2020 and consequently cancel the Agreement for Sale dated 14.09.2009 registered as document No.6820/2009 on the file of the second respondent executed by the third respondent and to remove the encumbrances in the official website of first respondent department and to conduct detailed enquiry and take necessary actions.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consequently cancel the Agreement for Sale dated 14.09.2009 registered as document No.6820/2009 on the file of the second respondent executed by the third respondent and to remove the encumbrances in the official website of the first respondent department and to conduct detailed enquiry and take necessary actions.
2.Heard, Mr.K.Shahul Hameed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent with regard to illegal transaction about her property before the fourth respondent and it is pending. 4.Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
