Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner statutory revision petition dated 27.06.2013 and additional grounds submitted on 31.10.2014 after giving opportunity to the petitioner within the time frame manner and the respondents 3 and 4 not to reduce the petitioner salary till the disposal of the revision pending on the file of the first respondent.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the statutory revision petition filed by the writ petitioner on 27.6.2013.

as the Special Government Pleader for the respondents made a joint statement that the revision petition filed by the writ petitioner was already disposed of by the Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai in proceedings Na.Ka.57083/2013/SaPa1 dated 13.10.2015. Thus, no cause remains in the writ petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
