2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the prayer has been inadvertently sought for "to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.766 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Family Judge of Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court, High Court Building, Chennai"

instead of "to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.766 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court of Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of III Additional Family Court, High Court Building, Chennai". Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission to amend the prayer.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has reported no objection for the amendment as sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this CMP is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
