the Board, by considering the Representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 made to the 1st respondent.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to count the past service rendered by the petitioner as steno typist, in the office of the District Employment Exchange, Thiruvannamalai from 08.06.1989 to 15.08.1991 for the purpose of pension with all other consequential and monetary benefits, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. It is need less to state that whenever a representation is made to an authority, a statutory is case upon the same to consider the representation of the petitioner and non consideration of the same would amount dereliction of statutory duty.
3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 in line with the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16766 of 2020 dated 31.01.2024 and pass Orders on
the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
