This writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.This petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to return all the original certificates of the petitioner who was its erstwhile student. 3.Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has received a communication dated 20.04.2023 for collecting the documents and the petitioner was hospitalised in the meantime, owing to which he is yet to collect the same. Since the 2nd respondent has already indicated his intent to return the certificates, there is no cause for continuing this action. 4.The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of in limine.
